'18th March 2009: SOS Malta is organising a training workshop, specifically targetting journalists and entitled, Methods and tools in communicating the Millennium Development Goals and Development Issues. 

The workshop is being organised within the remit of a EuropeAid project, entitled MEDIP - Media Engagement in Development Issues and Promotion. The project is being funded by the European Union. Apart from SOS Malta, which is the Lead Partner, other partners include: JTI (Estonia), Demnet (Hungary), EIC (Cyprus), Slovene Philanthropy (Slovenia) and FDSC (Romania). 

The three-day workshop is scheduled for the 18th-20th of March 2009 at the Victoria Hotel, Sliema.
